In Ayurveda, there is a quality known as Ojas, the vital energy that feeds and balances our strength, immunity and life-force. We can build Ojas by properly nourishing ourselves, eating regular meals at regular mealtimes, connecting with nature + community and committing to health-supportive rituals & routines. I created these Yin Power dates to connect you with your feminine nature and support internal harmony while building yin energy and vitality.
This recipe combines dates, ghee and female-supportive herbs to not only soothe your sweet tooth but also carry these nutritional elements deep into the tissues to rebuild and restore your essence. Plus, they’re absolutely delicious!

The Benefits...
Yin Power
This gorgeous blend of female-focused herbs specifically supports feminine energy & vitality. With powerful herbal allies like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Tocos and He Shou Wu, Yin Power can help to restore radiance, enhance immunity and support hormonal balance.
Medjool Dates
Dates are a quick source of energy & the Medjool varietal has a sweet, rich and creamy taste. They are the perfect way to sweeten up any tonic or elixir. Dates are high in soluble fiber, they're loaded with iron & they contain several beneficial vitamins and minerals which help to rebuild the body and heal anemia. They’re also high in antioxidants, flavonoids and phytonutrients, all of which work to prevent premature aging.
Ghee
Ghee has been used since ancient times for deep healing & restorative nourishment. It's high in fat-soluble vitamins and it's a perfect alternative to those with dairy allergies as the process to create ghee out of butter leaves only trace amounts of casein and lactose. It's known for enhancing digestion and reducing inflammation and acts as a carrier for the herbs in this recipe.
