When will rhodiola be available? Or where can I buy it now? Thanks!

Hi there! We are no longer carrying Rhodiola but we do have another incredible BRAIN TONIC! Bacopa! Our Bacopa can be enjoyed on its own, in liquid tincture form or in sparkling water - one of our favorite methods. You can learn all about Bacopa here. For sourcing Rhodiola, we recommend continuing your research and finding one that sounds right for you. There are some great options to find online.

Despite being relatively young, I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that is normally diagnosed to folks in their late 50's - rheumatoid arthritis.

Despite being relatively young, I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that is normally diagnosed to folks in their late 50's - rheumatoid arthritis. What would you recommend to supplement me through this new and painful journey? Hi there, thanks for writing in! We highly recommend looking more into Eucommia and Pearl - both of which are studied for this exact disorder. Email us at hello@sunpotion.com and we would be happy to share the research, which is also available on NIH.gov.

Will the Sun Potion Mucuna Pruriens help me with anxiety?

Hi, thank you for writing in! Mucuna, Ashwagandha, Reishi, Pearl (and more)  have all been studied for their abilities to support our nervous system and may work to calm the nervous system and support stress relief and anxiety. We certainly recommend reading more on these and trying one! Mucuna is a great one to start with.

Hi there, I am interested in getting the Eucommia Bark for my elder mother who has bone degenerative disease. Would this help?

Hi there, I am interested in getting the Eucommia Bark for my elder mother who has bone degenerative disease. Would this help? And does is have any contraindication with cholesterol and or blood pressure medications. Her last resort is steroids, but I feel that is only a bandaid for the issue. Thanks for your help! Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We recommend speaking with an herbalist / practitioner that is familiar with those medications and herbal combinations. Eucommia and Pearl have both been studied for supporting our bone and joint health with promising studies- you can read about them on sunpotion.com and NIH.gov. However, speaking with someone that is fully aware of all your mother's routines, history and medications, is the way to go.

Are there certain ingredients you shouldn't mix with Yin Powder? E.g. Maca powder, cardamon?

Are there certain ingredients you shouldn't mix with Yin Powder? E.g. Maca powder, cardamon? Hi! You can certainly mix the above with Yin Power, especially spices like cardamom. If you feel inclined to add more adaptogens / superfoods like Maca, start slow and see how you feel ~ everyone has a different experience when combining herbs.

What adaptogen would you recommend to balance my hormones and doesn’t promote testosterone?

I’m a female suffering from low female hormones, high testosterone, and weight loss. What adaptogen would you recommend to balance my hormones and doesn’t promote testosterone? Sun Potion: We recommend looking more into Ashwagandha!

Would you recommend mucuna pruriens powder, lion's mane powder or bacopa transcendent elixir for memory and mental clarity?

Would you recommend mucuna pruriens powder, lion's mane powder or bacopa transcendent elixir for memory and mental clarity? I'm planning on buying YIN which has several of the powders I was wanting to begin with. What out of those 3 will pair well with YIN and help me throughout a late night shift at work. I have ADD, endometriosis, and sometimes suffer with anxiety and insomnia. Hi there, all three of these are great choices for what you have mentioned! Mucuna Pruriens may be the best choice in addition to the Yin Power, since Yin has Ashwagandha and Shatavari, aimed to support hormone balance, lower anxiety and support more restful sleep. Mucuna Pruriens will help with focus, elevated mood, more restful sleep and will support you during your late night shifts at work! The Bacopa Transcendent Elixir would also be great for memory and Lion's Mane is awesome for focus and mental clarity. We also have a Back to School Set which includes Lion's Mane, Mucuna Pruriens and Ashwagandha. This would be a great trio for you to have in addition to the Yin Power.

Is there a product that you would recommend for overall bone health?

Is there a product that you would recommend for overall bone health? I have a bone marrow disease which means I have very weak and brittle bones. I also have osteoporosis and arthritis. Thanks! We recommend looking further into our Eucommia, Pearl and Tocos!

What is good for anxiety?

Our Ashwagandha powder and Ashwagandha Trasncendent Elixir are great choices for support with anxiety. We offer the powder in a smaller Travel Ally size as well. Also we love Reishi and Mucuna Pruriens!

whats good for irregular periods?

Hi there, we recommend our Yin Power, He Shou Wu, Ashwagandha and Ashwagandha + Shatavari Transcendent Elixirs to support regulation of hormones and aid in a regular menstrual cycle. Thank you for writing in! We also recommend to consult an herbalist if possible while containing your own research.
