Warm Pumpkin Cacao Apples & Pears
Ingredients3-4 medium sized apples and pears, chopped 3 tbsp. mashed pumpkin 2 tbsp. Anandamide 2 tbsp. maple syrup 2-3 tbsp. coconut oil ½ tsp. vanilla extract |
MethodWarm all ingredients except fruit and Anandamide on medium heat on the stovetop. Mix together and let bubble up slightly. Toss in fruit and coat with mixture, simmer for ten minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and sprinkle in Anandamide, combine ingredients completely. Plate and serve with love. |
