CHOCOLATE CHAGA LATTE

Antioxidant-rich Chaga mushroom and rejuvenating He Shou Wu are two potent ingredients that Sofiia Manousha has included in this delicious latte blend, made to nourish your skin from the inside, out! We invite you to try this recipe for yourself and sip slowly... of course with a side of chocolate!

At My Beautyfuel Food we love potions that optimize our well-being inside and out. In addition to being rich in antioxidants, minerals and magnesium, this blend is a strong source of energy for the brain, a radiance booster for the skin and a wonder for the immune system.

The ingredients in this latte may help tone and nourish the blood, hair, skin and nervous system and beautify the skin from the inside out.

A note from Sun Potion:

Chaga 'mushroom' is a pre-mushroom fungus that grows on trees, forming a symbiotic relationship with its host. The most potent and beneficial forms of Chaga grow on white or golden Birch trees, where a wide spectrum of beneficial nutrients and enzymes concentrate over a 15-20 year period of maturity, and this long period of maturity allows the mushroom to slowly gain all of these benefits from the tree without harming its host. It is a wonderful go-to for supporting your immune system and for the potential to increase white blood cell count through the beneficial nutrients found in Chaga. It may also support red blood cells and bone marrow, help balance platelets, and make your body better prepared to fight off toxins and pathogens. The phytochemicals in Chaga make it an amazing medicinal food that may support regulation of blood sugar, boosting the adrenals and regulating the endocrine system, breaking down biofilm, destroying unproductive fungus in the intestinal tract and the potential for even more.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chaga is considered a Chi Tonic and is reputed to contain adaptogenic qualities which modulate immune responses. Chaga has high levels of B-Vitamins, flavonoids, enzymes, minerals and phenols and contains some of the highest known concentrations of antioxidants of any food, such as Melanin. Chaga is also a rich source of Zinc, an essential nutrient for cell growth, differentiation and survival as well as Germanium.

Our Chaga is sustainably and ethically wild-harvested from Birch forests in Canada. We make sure our Chaga is sustainably harvested as this helps protect the health of the trees it grows on.

Actress and Founder of the Holistic Beauty Website My BeautyFuel food

Since I was a child, I always got the feeling that food played a major part in our skin, health, and level of energy. My BeautyFuel food was born from my love for the plant based diet, superfoods, and the desire to democratize it. I wanted it to be delicate, sexy, easy and generous! Healthy diets do not imply starvation and dieting by only eating seeds and drinking green juices. It is a way to be fully aware of what you are giving to your body: vibrant and unprocessed food. I aspire to, as I said before, give a new vision of the plant-based diet. I want it to be simple, easy and accessible. I am really not into edits or food restrictions, it’s actually quite the opposite. I believe in intuitive, generous, tasty, and vibrant food. Beauty is a combination of different factors: skincare, lifestyle and food.
