LIQUID GOLD SMOOTHIE

Camryn Bradley is focusing on foods that support her mental health and immunity during these current times we are in. Her Liquid Gold Lion's Mane Smoothie is all about supporting just that! With healing foods like turmeric, ginger and medicinal mushrooms, this recipe is aimed to encourage a sense of calm and happiness.

Your perfect spring glowing smoothie is here! I was inspired to create a recipe when one of my neighbors dropped off lots of citrus from their tree the other day. When the days are warm and the sun is shining bright, one of my favorite ways to get lots of nutrients and cool down all at the same time is a yummy smoothie. I’ll throw anything I have in the kitchen into a blender and sip on it while laying in the sun.

For this recipe, I decided to add in Lion's Mane for all its amazing properties. Some of those properties being: immune strength, balanced mood and mental clarity, just to name a few.

During this time of being in quarantine due to Covid-19, I’m spending time connecting with loved ones, reading books that inspire me and getting all the sun I can. When it comes to my heath, I’ve really been focusing on building my immune system up and trying to move my body at least once a day. I’ve found that not only do I feel better physically, but I’m also in a way better mood for the rest of the day. There are so many amazing natural foods and supplements that are super easy to add into your daily routine, Lion's Mane being one of my favorites especially in times that you need a little extra immune boost. I love how easy it is to add into smoothies, coffee or any tonic that you desire.

This smoothie has turmeric, maca, ginger and Lion's Mane. All amazing and so tasty, I promise it tastes like a dole whip that you used to eat when you were a kid but without all the additives and with a little extra goodness.
