The best Ashwood Gonda on the market. I’ve used it in my coffee, but mostly I just put it in my smoothie each morning. Helps give me energy.
I take it every morning. it help me going bathroom easily and feel lighter on my body and my cholesterol level has been controlled well too.
I put a half teaspoon of He Shou Wu in my coffee or tea every morning. Several years ago my hair was thinning and my fingernails were splitting. A friend told me about He Shou Wu. I have been using it ever since. My hair is no longer thinning and my fingernails are strong. It has worked for me!

It’s my favorite sub potion product! I like to add it to my morning coffee, with additional spices like cardamom and cinnamon, and fats such as coconut milk, oil and or ghee. My favorite way to fuel the start of the day. Only one and I savor every sip of it!
I use my Anandamide to replace my morning coffee, I enjoy the taste.

I use this every morning and have for several years. You don’t realize that it’s working until you notice one day that- wow -the normal seasonal allergies aren’t happening!
